Garmin Training Center is what you need whether you want to set a PR in your next 10K or you’re gearing up for your first century ride, you’ve got to train consistently. Now there’s a tool to help you every step of the way: Garmin Training Center software, available for PC or Mac computers.

Garmin Training Center (GTC) is a training tool for your computer that works with your compatible Garmin fitness device. With GTC, you can analyze and store workout data from your Garmin device on your computer, as well as plan and save future workouts. GTC is included when you purchase a compatible Garmin fitness device.

You’ll benefit from GTC in two primary ways: it helps you plan workouts for the future and it helps you analyze workouts you’ve already completed. Your Garmin fitness product records an incredible amount of data from your workout or activity.

Garmin Training Center saves this data and helps you review and analyze it. You can also create, save and schedule workouts and transfer them to your fitness device.

NOTE: Although the Beta version of this software is believed to be reliable, it has not yet been released for production and should be used at your own risk. Therefore, if you think it is not safe to install the Beta, we recommend the 2.0.3 Stable version of Garmin Training Center.
